hello again, as you know, here in lebanon, the cost of life is rising, we pay everything twice like water, electricity etc. and i see health insurance is a must since we have to pay all the bills then redeem a smaller amount after six months, which is not applicable everytime. so how do people live and pay their bills in istanbul.
