I am planning to move to Kul from Dubai and looking for a job in Hospitality industry with two dependent. How much will be the living cost and what salary should i asked with 10 yeras experience

You will need to pay for education if you have a school-going child and this can start at RM1.5k per month. I would suggest absolute minimum wage would be RM8k per month.

Perhaps you should work out your budget by checking out realtime schooling costs - http://schooladvisor.my/ and housing costs - https://www.iproperty.com.my/ Monthly COL outside of those criteria can probably be contained within RM2.5k
