Sometimes vacancies are advertised on recruitment sites: hospitalityonline and caterergobal.

Most of that advertisement is for overseas.
I would like to look for vacancy in West or East Malaysia.
If there is a budget hotel would like to offer me as a Hotel Manager, I am very happy.
Now a days not easy to find a job.
My experience is more to Front Office and Housekeeping.

I have question to ask.
This expat.com is for what purpose actually?
It is looking for partner or friendship or etc...?

No - its mainly for non-Malaysians to ask questions about Malaysia from people who are already living in the country.  So expats who have been through similar experiences or locals who can provide assistance.

Yes, why not. You probably have a lot of knowledge and experience to share. There is a Jobs section (see top of page) where there may be vacancies or you can leave an entry saying what you are looking for - it is visible far longer than in the forum, which changes many times a day. Did you see the jobstreet link I posted? There seemed to be some matches.
