Hello guys I am planning tome to Germany coming from Poland let me know what kind of documents I need and is it hard and expensive to find flat over there ?

Munich is considered the most difficult and costly city in Germany to find accommodation. Budget EUR500-600/month for a sublet room, or EUR600-800/month for a one-room flat. and be prepared for a long search (during which you stay in a hotel, B&B or similar).
As for documents, I think your passport is enough. Only if you want to work here, you also need your educational and employment certificates (with translations into German).
