Here is my experiences:
Jobstreet: Open for foreigners a lot, even you are not in Malaysia, but many recruiters can arrange online Skype interview.
maukerja.com: I tried (even they are open for foreigners, but will be better if you already hold any type of temporary Malaysia visa or any tourist visa (the condition is you already come to Malaysia to visit) then they may accept for interview.
