Considering a transfer to Walvisbaai

Hi all

Please can someone assist, my work wants me to transfer to Walvisbaai to assist with new store opening soon. The reason why they want me to go is because I was born in Windhoek (no need for permit). Would this be a beneficial move? Which areas in Walvisbaai is the safest? Would my 8month old daughter benefit education wise?

Furthermore where do I start, my parents moved to South Africa when I was very young, where do I go to confirm my citizenship? What do I need?
