To start the visa process. It sounds like scam to me. They want me to send the money 2000$ as show money tru western union and the receiver of money is me. Does anyone have any advise?

I would say it is definitely a scam.
Any job offer that first asks you to send money is a scam.
I googled the company name which came up as a USA company with an office in Ankara.
I tried to open the link and it came back as 'under construction'

This really seem like a scam. From what I know, local employers will be the one who will take care of the processing of your (9g) work visa, since they will become the petitioning company. I totally agree with Stumpy, any employer asking you for money is a scam unless it is a overseas recruitment agency.
You did the right thing by being skeptical and doing your research first. As a consumer/applicant, it is the wisest move that we can do to avoid fraud.
