Issuing final exit for my family having expired iqama

Dear all, i have an urgent query regarding issuing my family's final exit..My iqama is expired 4 months back and my kafeel did not renew it..He says there is some system coMplaint and keeps us waiting..But now I want to cancel my family visa here ( only faMily ) ..so is it possible to obtain family final exit without valid iqama..If it's no can I use the amnesty period for this purpose ?? Please help

I'd recommend making sure through the Absher portal which is very easy to use. Because the nature of your problem is very sensitive and further delay is not bearable. At your first priority check through the Absher or visit Jawazat and explain them your situation. I think you can get Final Exit for your family even if the iqama is expired, but make sure through the Absher.
