Bank - for a foreigner working in Riga

I'm new to Riga, I live here for a week. I got a job where I earn about 800 euros net per month plus any bonuses. I am looking for an account for which I would like to receive a salary. I would like to choose a bank where I will be able to take a cash loan (cash credit) for about 5000 euros after 6-12 months. Do banks in Latvia offer such services to foreigners? What do I have to own? Do I have to have some documents from Poland? Am I treated the same way as Latvian? On what basis is my creditworthiness calculated? Do I have to present some bank documents from Poland? Is my credit history in Poland checked and must I have it? I would be very grateful for your help.
