Hi, we are new to this online community. My husband and I are interested in relocating to Malaysia in the next several years. I presently work as an oncology nurse practitioner in Dallas Texas. Cursory search of available jobs in Malaysia did not show any nurse practitioner jobs just nurse jobs. Do they even have nurse practitioners In Malaysia? Or would I perhaps need to work as a registered nurse? Thank you

I think you will find nursing, like doctors, are an area where it's almost impossible to work/register in Malaysia unless you are a national of the country or married to one.. There are some exceptions in the education field, but they are usually not for clinical work, except in relation to research.
