I would like to buy a scooter in La Linea, however I need a Spanish NIE and CENSUS first.
Unfortunately I do not speak Spanish - is there someone or a firm I could hire to help me obtain these?

Ok I will answer my own question.
For the NIE I went here: http://www.nienumberonline.com/
I paid for 1 week delivery because it will be about a week before I arrive Gibs.
When I receive the NIE I then have to book an appointment at the local La Linea Police to obtain the Census (residency permit).
Sounds easy enough.... ;-)
