Ideal time to look for English teaching position ??

Hi,

I am wondering if their is a better month (around summer) to look for a job as an English teacher in any city in Serbia ...

August, September?? People still on vacation? Language centers start classes at any particular time?

I've been teaching in Asia for 3 years and know that the 3 months around Chinese New Years are terrible for looking for a job.

Any tips as well??
