I've seen some info regarding this matter, but not much. Does anyone have any info regarding the cost of groceries (provided I'm not purchasing a lot of imported goods)?
Also, how is the health care in the area? Does one need to travel to Santo Domingo for healthcare? Thank you in advance for any info!

Groceries should on average run you about 30-40% less then at home if you avoid imported products.
Health care I do not know as I am not in the area.
