Never thought its a thing. In other news, its called as 'burkini' too. Dont know whether thats a proper term or not. Just adding the info.

Burkini is the exact and correct word.
Almost all good sports shops provide them. For example, El Faleh, Gharnatah, Sun & Sands Sports, etc.
