Hi All

I was wondering if someone could help me ?

I am wanting to move to Malta. South

I have been many times over the past 10 years and its time for a fresh start

I am wanting to rent but I was wondering if any one knows if Malta does Lease hold property so it is a bit more secure .

Also I want to ship my fiat 500 to Malta does any one have info on this and price too ?

When you rent, you will get a lease contract for whatever period you agree with the Landlord. If you want to lease in the sense of buying a long lease of 99 - 999 years then I don't think that is done much in Malta and would involve a similar outlay as buying. Mostly they are outright sales but best to check with one or two of the big real estate agencies. (Not letting agents, of which there are now quite a few).

As for bringing your car across read 'cars and transportation' in the category box at the top of the page, the subject has been covered in depth dozens of times!
