Lebanon is very famous about it's local food, don't miss the Tabouli, Fattouch & Hummus and the Grilled Lamb which Lebanese are expert in making as for drinks Homemade Arak and any kind of wine we are experts also in this field.
If you visit Lebanon during winter besides partying and pub crawl till the late mornings, the best thing to do is to rent a bungalow or hotel near a Ski area in the mountain like Faraya or Zaarour

If you visit Lebanon in Summer well there are plenty of things to do, you can go camping, hiking, biking, swimming, rent a jet ski and do many other activity like canoe zip line.
