LMRA vs Employee contract

   I have joined a company 5months ago, they got me signed for 2yrs contract if I brk contract I  have to pay them 600bd, I have signed thinking this would be professional company, after join I realized its local company, and my visa is for one year, I want to know if I leave job now is it I must compensate them 600 bd ?


Unfortunately if you dont honor the contract terms the employer has the right to sue you for damages by law.


If same situation become from the company he should brak the contract then employs what will have to do about.because i have six month finish so he is saying to me 12 hours duty with same salary or go back but I can not make contract because I have many responsibility I'm one & only fin my family I am confused plz help me its my contact ***
