Pumpkin seeds are easy to find in any Supermarket.

Thank you, I will look for the pumpkin seeds and gelatin at Big C tomorrow. I looked there on Tuesday and the week before, without finding any. I will take my fiancée with me, to speed to the staff as obviously it isn't working for me

You should ask place for dried seed. I saw too much pumpkin seed. Otherwise you can search its picture to show staff. Good luck!
