Hi.

I have been offered a position with ADEC, starting in August/September. Could anybody assist with how long it will take before my husband and 3 year old son can join me on their resident visas?

Hi Suswart,

I have a question before i can proceed to the final answer. You mentioned that you have been offered a job here in AD then how can your husband and son get a resident visa? Are you sponsoring them before reaching to Abu Dhabi?

By the way, I am from Kuala Lumpur and am considering an employment offer at Abu Dhabi. I plan to relocate my family (a wife and three kids) as well. But not sure whether I should bring them along on my first trip to report for duty. What is the best way to do this?Thanks
