I have recently been 'courted' by an India-based recruitment agency - A*** regarding a role with KGOC. I've been approached by similar agencies before (S*** springs to mind) but I always struggle to determine if such companies are (a) sincerely or (b) competent.
Questions:
1. Are A***** truly representing KGOC?
2. Why do they ask for a photo along with your CV?
3. Why are they obsessed with your current/past salary and your salary expectations?
P.S. No - I did not send them a copy of my passport.
