My husband came soudhi with bussiness multiple entry visa and he want to exit every month and re entry my question with this visa is he can go to bahrain for exit with this visa

Hi,
This will depend on the nationality, if Indian he has to apply for a visit visa (online or through embassy) first, he cannot use his multi entry business visa.
