Condo in KL

Hi. Can anybody suggest me a condo for a family of three within KL. Requirements will be easy accessibility to transport and basic amenities nearby with a playschool .
I am new to KL and office is situated at Bulit Jalil. Radius of 4 km shall be ok for a condo.

I would suggest your family stay in Sentral/Brickfields and you commute to Bukit Jalil by train. This location will make life easier for your wife and you will find lots of amenities available immediately on the doorstep. It is within walking distance from the station and if you are working on the Technology Park in Bukit Jalil, there is a shuttle. A lot will depend on your budget though.

Hi gravitas,
Thanks a lot for this valuable info. Will initiate my journey now. Will update further.

Any Indian nursery in Sentra or Brickfields??

Brickfields/Sentral is the main Little India in the KL area. It is set up to cater for everything Indian families will need. That will include Aunties who care for children and formal arrangements such as:

The Global Indian School is based there and Vikas School - which may also have care facilities or can recommend networks. Please note that Malaysia, and especially KL, is multi-ethnic so you would be unlikely to find formal centres that only cater for Indians. But of course the tendency his higher in a predominantly "Indian" environment. Those are often based on cost of housing.

Alright, Today i visited my office and its near the Endah Parade mall,
Also, they have shown me the condo at jalan Jalil Perkasa.
So, since the office location is fixed , i am given to choose my apartment near the office (i.e, near the Endah Parade mall) or condo at jalan Jalil Perkasa..
Within a month or two, i will be applying for Driving licence too.
My Boy is 2Y3M old and would recommend him to a good playschool now and from June 2018 I would regularise to a Standard CBSE Indian School.
Please suggest on this.

The school offering the Indian curriculum is located in Brickfields

There is another one offering Tamil and Hindi also near Brickfields http://vikas.edu.my/about-us/

These are the only options language-wise (and not sure if Vikas really offers the Indian curriculum either). I would just add that GIIS has not always had a very good reputation, using unqualified staff.

Check out the Indian High Commission in Malaysia website for details of how to get your Indian Driving Licence authenticated and endorsed for use in Malaysia.

There is a new international school being built at Bukit Jalil on the Technology Park. It opens January 2018

They seem to have pre-nursery and nursery classes as well up to age 5. You can read all about it at the above link, including fees. With nothing similar in BJ it may be quickly subscribed and end up with waiting lists.

That's a valuable info on international school. Will check in that and the license too.
I needed to correct on my earlier communication, I am actually looking to place him in an international school from June next year

Double check with schools his birthday -v- school year as the school terms may be different from school to school, i.e. some follow local school holidays and others follow the UK holiday system (or at least in part)

Hi,
I checked  with the Kingshate school and the fees are Exorbitant!! . It's way above my budget crest.

Kindly suggest some International syllabus schools in KL .
