What jobs are possible without being fluent in Vietnamese?

The only one I know of is what most of us are here for - teaching English - but you're going to want TESL certification, at the least, a BA in any field is better. A teaching degree is the best but I can't imagine you would be asking if you had that.
The internet could also become your best friend.
