The Japanese-style Tea

I haven't got a chance to travel to Japan, but there's a problem I've been interested in. In Japanese cuisine restaurant, when we eat sushi we often drink tea, the tea is called Green Blade, and there are lots of people like drinking Oolong tea. Both of them belong to the rich flavor of tea, so do the Japanese prefer to drink the strong flavor tea? In my hometown, we drink relatively light flavor tea , its fragrance is also light. So, any desserts can be matched well. Would you like to drink Japanese-style Matcha, Green Blade or prefer a relatively light tea, such as Iron Mercy Goddess.
