Reputable rental management companies in Cabarete

Hi and welcome, I have been living in the area for close to 4 years now and have 2 suggestions:
1. For a realtor / property manager there is Joanne Hammond of Ocean Side Realty. She is a Canadian ExPat who has been here forever. Honest as the day is long
2. Grand Laguna Beach - They rent your Condo for you while you are gone and just had a big expansion to their property. I have several friends who have purchased from them and they have nothing but good things to say about this place

I will check with the boss (wife) later today and get the names of the folks she has used for some of our clients.

I have been here 6 years and in my experience, it is not that easy to find a company that is honest and dependable. So be very aware. Just because someone works for a brand name you recognize, doesn't mean everything functions the way you are used to back home. I have found that the standards are just not the same. We bought ourselves a small place on the beach and have had nothing but difficulty. We have owned in other parts of the world including the Caribbean and have found that people who move here easily set up shop and don't seem to care. Some do I am sure. There must be these people out there...but where? The ones we have been dealing with are typically North Americans who come for the beach or retirement, and take on the "tomorrow" mentaility even moreso than the locals. We have heard there are good people out there but still looking ourselves. We have also had money stolen from us (taking rental income from our renters) that we never saw. Anyone that can help??? Our place isn't an expensive rental, but we want it, and our renters well looked after. Thanks

There are two that I would recommend.  We would work with them when we had a rental unit in Cabarete.  We managed ours but many times needed help with overflow requests and they also handled many of our clients rental units. Here is their info:
