Moving to bucaramanga

Hey ,

I am moving to Colombia at the end of this year. I am currently a high school Pe teacher / history / coordinator of many things. I am hoping to get a job in a school teaching English or something. I have a connection through a friend so I already have accomodation sorted.

I am just wondering about the process with the visas and national identity cards ?

Visa depends on how long you plan on staying, if you are moving to live in Colombia then contact your local Colombian consulate to ask those questions, it is not too hard to get but may take some time.

Now if you are moving to Bucaramanga I can't think of a better place in the whole country to be in as a foreigner. Now there are plenty of foreigners in Bucaramanga and the numbers are growing, it is a relative safe city and very beautiful. Have fun:)
