Hello Everyone,
What are you doing for insurance for those that are on the Island? If we use our current insurance it would be considered out of pocket. The only insurance company I found for coverage on the island is
Cigna Global. They have reasonable rates. If you have or had experience with them can you please share.

Most people in the island use triple s, Also MCS and Humana.

Triple S seems to be most popular. Ask them about coverage in the US. Sometimes you may want a US doctor for a specific condition so you may want to know how much it will cost you.

I have a medical condition. My doctor has agreed to see me via skype from the states.

I think Triple S is a branch of Blue Cross, so they should cover you in the states at least to some degree, check with them. This way the doctor that sees you using Skype will get payed by them.
I am lucky that so far, my only condition is arthritis and it is not bad.
