I am considering buying a property for investment. I was wondering if I could take a loan or a mortgage? how easy / recommended is it?
I am a Hungarian citizen (but wasn't grown up here so I am not familiar the language and with those stuff.)
Any tip is welcome!

Just call the larger banks (ERSTE, OTP, RAIFFEISEN) and tell them on the phone what you need, In case they can't answer on the phone, they will give you an appointment to an English speaking colleague.
