Hi Everyone 😊 I would like to ask about this Pareja de Hecho if anyone knows about it? Is it possible if my girlfriend and I can do this Pareja de Hecho eventhough we are not a resident here in Spain and doesn't have any visas? We only have the certificado de empadronamiento. We are both Filipino.

Hon, whilst this does not answer your specific question about if you must be resident in Spain it does have quite a lot of info which you might find useful. One being that the rules vary between the Regions so check the Region where you live.
