I applied for a long term IKAMET on March 6 ( date of application) and I went to MUGLA on March 9,2017 for the appointment.
After almost 2 months no news !
My problem is that next week w're going to Greece for 3 weeks .If WE HAVE not our new IKAMET is it possible to go out of TURKEY (previous IKAMET validity was APRIL 2d ,2017) and come back after 3 weeks ? i've sent 3 mails to MUGLA IL Göç IDARESI NO CORRECT ANSWER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I doubt you'll get response for emails.
If you go out of Turkey without permit, you should get a letter from the Ikamet office. you'll have to pay USD 60 fine for one time. Plus an additional daily fine for the days you are outside.
For return you will have to buy visa for entrance.

This is the least hassle-some scenario. I would strongly recommend visiting the İkamet office before heading out.
