I was just told by one of the owners at Helen's Market that the price of liquor is going up by 40% and beer and soda, as well. Anyone know what's going up, when and by how much, please? Thanks!

I believe the <>50% increase is only on taxes/duties, not on the whole retail price.

Well, I am not sure on the official rule, but the bottle that used to cost 17 is now 27. Ouch.
