Overall best bet is to drive around since must rentals are never listed.

There's a 3/2, 3rd floor (nice additional roof access) in my community in Vega Baja. They are okay with small dogs, have security but not 24/7. Located about a mile from the beach. If interested, PM and I will send you a link. Just FYI, I have no affiliation with it, I am only aware of the fact.
