First of all my greetings to all my kuwaiti brothers, i am algerian doctor,05 years experiance, and i get a job in kuwait hospital(public) as " neurosurgeon " please i need your advice honestly what is the fair Salary for this position ???

I am not sure however,
I think it is 360,000KD for 3 salaries. Which means 1 salery is the equivalent to 25,000KD.
This from what I researched.
