Hello to all, I am Nessa. I am Filipina, working here in Cambodia for about 5 months now. My fiance is Belgian and we would like to have our wedding here in Cambodia end of this year. OK, this question needs some qualification. By "the requirements" do you mean to have that marriage recognized in your home countries?
If so, you'd need to ask your respective embassies.
As there is no Khmer citizen involved, Cambodia will not feel it has anything to say here and there is no need to change any visa status.
