Homes with central AC, washer & dryer. Easy access to everything.
What brings you to Tampa?

Romanian homes don't have central ac or heat. AC wall units can be found/installed, but keep in mind Romania is much cooler and farther north than Florida, I personally don't find it necessary except a handful of days per year. Also dryers are not typical here, most ppl hang their clothes to dry on racks. A dryer can be bought if course if there's room for it and you don't mind paying the electric needed to run it. It can run up the bill with daily use.
Easy access to everything? Again, kind of a vague question, but I'll say yes...trams, buses, metro goes most of the usual places. Taxis are cheap also.
