Moving to Santiago from the US and visiting next week: tax help?

Hi all!
I've been offered a job at a local private university and the taxes are a big concern on whether to accept the job or not. I'll be moving with my wife (no kids).

If the offer is close to 5M CLP a month:

1. Would this be a good salary for both of us to live comfortably in Santiago?

2. How much would I expect to keep after paying US and CL taxes? Any way I could get a ballpark figure?

3. I'm visiting next week to meet with the university and check out the city. Can you recommend anyone whom I could meet that might help provide some answers to these question?
