Hi! I'm Czarina from the Philippines.
I am working as a clinic nurse for 2 years and 5 1/2 months. 3 months before the end of my contract last October 2016 I already gave end of contract to my employer. I talked to him so many times that i want to go exit but he always keep on saying that we're applying for visa for the new nurses etc. but until now im still here. I talked to him again last week and ask when can i go home, he said wait until December.
I can't wait until december. I was suppose to leave last year October.
Anyone knows what actions/legal actions can i do so that they can send me home as soon as possible? Thankyou

Hi sister,
I would suggest that you go to your embassy and discuss with them your case. Hopefully you will find a way. Things have changed for the good in saudi ( although still a lot is left) and inshAllah your issue will be resolved.
