To work in Singapore

Hello everyone,

I am planning on coming to SG but heard that even if employers hires you, it's the government who approves the work visa or work permit, is it true? Do they approve the work permits to the expats like me from Nepal? How hard is it to find jobs in restaurant and hotel as I am really interested in coming to work there.

Please advise.

I have already given a link to you related to your field and requirements. You can see the below link which we had discussed earlier. Good luck.

Yes, it is true.
Whether you can get a work permit (or other work visa) depends both on your education and experience as well as on the employer.
