Mr Nadeem..i have a few questions. I am from india. i come here as a visitor last week. I hv incorporated a domestic company in mauritius.I am not qualified candidate for occupation permit bcuz my turnover is less.i want to know on what grounds i can live and operate my business in mauritius

You should opt for a work/residence permit.
I've replied to your question on another thread.

The work / residence permit is also opened to business promoters who do not fit-in the Investor category of Occupation Permit. Unfortunately, not many (not even some consultants) are aware that this system exists and has been existing before the Occupation Permit.
