Buying a new moto in Vietnam

I want to buy a new Honda XR150L to ride around Vietnam and then return to Cambodia. Is it possible to register a moto in one's own name? What about the driver's licence and insurance?
It's simple to buy the same thing in Cambodia and arrange everything but apparently impossible to take the moto over the border-is this true.
I crossed at Ha Tien twice back in the day of no visas and rode my Cambodian Airblade all round the Delta with no problems.

I would expect exporting the XR will be much easier than bringing it into the country.

There is a Yamaha 150 cc , YBR?, which is much liked over here, too.

Unless you are offroading, those step-through 110 cc or 125 cc bikes are pretty good value for the money. I've riden them all day. Yes, my bum was sore but they were utterly reliable!
