Hello,

Moved to Bratislava 3 months ago with my Slovak girlfriend and our 2 year daughter.

I'm from Scotland but we've both been overseas working for the last 7 years.

Looking for information on meeting new people and learing the language away from home?

Any information would be great.

Hi Dale,

I found it hard to start with but now adapting. We live in Rovinka it's about 15 minutes from the city. Also out near Nove Mesto a lot as it's my partners hometown.

How's your first year gone? Are you in the city?
