My visa expires on this coming 19th and I was about to cancel my visa , but for the cancellation procedures right now the arbaab is on tour and will be back only by next month, I think cancellation paper requires his sign , is there any other option for cancellation, kindly share your opinion.
I want to leave oman with in 10 days, but the employer is not in oman

Without employers sign, u cannot move. Better go to with employer permission

I'm not sure! But as far as I know your visa can be cancelled at anytime even if you are out of the Country.
I would say you can leave the Country at your convenience and keep in touch with your employer to cancel your visa upon their return to the Country.
