Being a Mauritian citizen, there shouldn't be any problem for you to find work in Rodrigues...provided the field in which you are looking for a job exists there...

Most of the members here are expats themselves as it's an expat forum and most expats don't go on to live in Rodrigues, therefore I don't think anyone will be of great help to you regarding jobs there.
The logical step will be to browse through a job recruitment agency in Mauritius itself or speak directly to someone in Rodrigues.
