If you have a valid work permit (or are EU citizen), you can search classified ads for suitable jobs, e.g. on quoka.de or kleinanzeigen.ebay.de.
If not, but you are 26 years old or less, you can only look for an Aupair host family, e.g. through aupairworld.de. Once you find one, you can apply for the Aupair visa. Please note that the Aupair pocket money (EUR260/month) is barely enough to cover your travel and visa expenses plus a very small amount you can spend while in Germany - this is NOT a way to make money!
