I'm English speaking, moving to Tongyeong in mid July! Where are you based?

I am an English speaking person and i am in Sauth Korea

I heard most of Koreans are able to speak at least basic English. Especially young people! Also, people in Korea and China study abroad to English countries a lot so you probably can find it easily.
