I am planning to move to Belgium from India and would like to know how much cost i need to pay for 3 people (myself, wife and 1 child )insurance company or govt ? And how insurance system work in Belgium ?

Ideally, your employer must subscribe you and your family to the public mutuality (health insurance).

The easiest way is to have a look on DKV website. It is a private health insurance.

Indeed. If your employer wont cover your family in social medial insurance (aka mutuality), OR if you need additional coverage for something that is not covered in social mutuality, take a look at DKV website.
