I am living in Eastern Province.
A co-worker left the country and is now living else where in the Gulf. While away he resigned and his Iqama was revoked.
His car is here and he wants to sell it to me.

Where to start?
I have a copy of his Iqama. I have the Estimara.

I've been told there is some concept of 'wreckage' that is a government procedure that can lead to the transfer.

Can anyone create a starting point for me to try?

You should visit maroor office ...
talk to your company HR or go with your Saudi or Arabic speaking friend to maroor office...
They wil guide you
I doubt whether it wil be done or not...
