I am with my family here in saudi with family having permanent visa. Now if I change my job within saudi arabia, whether it will affect my family visa. They have to go for final exit or there iqama no need to change.

By changing you job, your change your sponsor.
For family: you are the sponsor and you'll be. No need to do anything for their Iqamas.
