Hi Khuram shahzad khan,

Well, in this country, there is no such thing called as a 'permanent visa'. So, I am not exactly sure what it is that you are referring to.

If you are a formally qualified Engineering graduate holding a 'Bachelors in Engineering' (B.E.) degree certificate, then you are certainly better off than the Diploma holders. Therefore your strike rate gets better in finding employment.

I will simply leave it at that.

Bro i am not bachelor..i have diploma in civil.permanent visa mean that my labour card is valid for 2year.my bro alot of companies i go but i can'nt get any job due to not any link.plz any body help for me plz
