Working for Landmark Group

Hi there! My husband recently received an offer from Landmark Group. Is there anyone that can tell us about work culture within the company? Do you work 5 days or typically 6? We have some hesitations about the 48 hour work week they said is expected. Is this normal? I read that a lot of companies close mid day. Do they do that?
He will be in a role managing about 20 people. Can anyone comment on pay grades, benefits, or the expectations within a management role?
